There is a myth out there that if you only do the 55×5 method, 369 method, dream boards or visualization strategies, you can achieve big manifesting results.
But this is totally not the case.
Learning about someone else’s successful manifesting moment is important because it can help you stop the repetitive cycle of manifesting techniques with no real outcomes at the end of it.
It’s also important to see other people’s journey of manifesting because it can help you overcome skepticism, help you gain inspiration for your own transformative journey, and it can help encourage you to hold on to resilience.
In this article, we will explore the powerful mindset shift that made manifesting possible within my journey. I will also provide action step that you can take today to help move you forward with your manifesting goals.
The Beginning of The Mindset Shift Process
Like many others, I was initially skeptical about manifesting techniques. I doubted the idea that simply visualizing and affirming my goals could bring them to reality. Despite half-hearted attempts, I saw little to no tangible results.
Then, my skepticism grew, and I dismissed manifestation as nothing more than wishful thinking.
I continued on with anxiety which often left me feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed by fear, while low self-esteem undermined my confidence and belief in my ability to create positive change in my life.
I had so many goals I wanted to accomplish, but I was deeply held back.
Anxiety was a constant companion, whispering doubts and fears into my mind at every turn. It left me feeling paralyzed, unable to take meaningful steps towards my goals. Coupled with low self-esteem, I struggled to believe in my own worth and abilities.
In this state of internal turmoil, the idea of manifesting seemed like a far-fetched fantasy—a temporary escape from the harsh realities of life.
Despite my doubts, I decided to give manifesting a try. I dabbled in various techniques I found online, from vision boards to affirmations, hoping to unlock the secret to manifesting my desires. However, the results were disappointing, to say the least.
No matter how diligently I followed the prescribed steps, my manifestations remained stagnant, leaving me feeling so frustrated.
The Mindset Shift Turning Point
It wasn’t until I enrolled in a marriage and family therapy master’s program that I stumbled upon a crucial insight: manifestation isn’t just about following techniques—it’s about healing past core beliefs and trauma.
This mindset shift sparked a profound difference in what I decided to focus on—a shift from seeking external solutions to addressing the root causes of my struggles from within.
Armed with this newfound understanding, I embarked on a journey of inner exploration and healing. I delved into the depths of my subconscious mind, uncovering limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that had been holding me back for years.
This was where mindset shift was even MORE phenomenal.
Through a combination of the four steps to releasing mental wounds to manifest, I began to release these old wounds and rewrite my story from a place of empowerment instead of victimhood.

The Actual Mindset Shift
As I healed past core beliefs and aligned with my true desires, I began to witness a profound transformation in my life. Opportunities that once seemed out of reach began to present themselves effortlessly.
Every single manifesting technique out there got easier.
Relationships flourished, career opportunities abounded, and abundance flowed into my life with ease. It was as if the universe was conspiring to fulfill my deepest desires, responding to the newfound clarity and alignment I had cultivated within myself.
I was able to manifest my house, a wonderful marriage, being credit card debt free, and the ability to travel 3 times a year.

Manifesting and achieving a mindset shift is not going to happen on the first try.
My journey started with uncertainty. Then it moved towards achieving huge insight that true manifesting begins with inner healing.
By addressing the root causes of my struggles through self awareness , forgiveness, reframing, and clarity, I was able to manifest big results beyond my wildest dreams.
The mindset shift just kept getting better and better.
